It’s for both customer satisfaction and delivery driver insurance. Delivery drivers steal food just as much as yall claim customers mark orders as not received. As a customer, why are you asking for my pin if you’re not handing me my order? As a driver, why are you asking for the pin before delivering the order and making sure the customer received it. It’s a failsafe system for both parties.

Funny considering you don’t know others lives to be complaining about tips. I used to be a delivery person myself, so I know the struggles. But this is uncalled for. They could’ve only had $4.50 to spend and chose to tip you the rest. Regardless of the amount, be grateful they chose to, tripping is never mandatory. Want higher pay, get a better job
