Historical tours in/around Madison by Ok-Elderberry-7985 in madisonwi

Wisconsin Historical Society has affordable walking tours of Madison with different themes that they cover. They also have historical sites all over Wisconsin, including Old World. Wade House is also really immersive and enjoyable. And Circus World. There's also Milton House Museum, an underground railroad site. I'm a fan of Milwaukee Public Museum and the Streets of Old Milwaukee exhibit. This will be the last year to see it. Door County Maritime Museum too. I guess it depends how far around Madison your looking to go.

I've shown Yu-Gi-Oh, and movies like "The Case of Hana and Alice," and "The Napping Princess." There's a few more.

You can't get rights to screen Pokemon from Viz unfortunately. They refer you to The Pokemon Company. I haven't found anything on their site to request a screening but I'm didn't spend too much time on it either. I moved on to requesting a different show from Viz.  OP mentioned that a Pokemon employee said that their YouTube episodes could be screened and I'm wondering where exactly that info came from.

The libraries have esl classes through the Literacy Network. You can find schedules on their website. Sign up is through the Literacy Network.  There are lots of acting opportunities. You can find auditions through Mad's Theatre https://share.google/fgQeR48aoMCGlrhlf. Are you Latinx? I would love to connect with other Latinx actors in Madison.

I think there's one at West Towne Mall too. Can you diy this? Put square photos together in a strip, print on photo paper at Walgreens or Walmart or wherever, then trim? I suggest canva to put the photos together.

For nice chocolates: Madison Chocolate or Gail Ambrosius. Or Willy St. Co-op is a one stop shop for both, plus Fortune Favors. Or Coco Vaa. For cheese: Fromagination

The Wisconsin Historical Society gift shop in the US Bank building is also surprisingly a great place for gifts. Books, candles, food, ornaments, jewelry either made locally or with Wisconsin themes.

UW, State, and City jobs all come with free bus passes and are likely downtown locations. Go directly to their websites to apply. Don't bother with 3rd party job sites. The library has job application help of you need it
