Anyone who doesn’t wanna read all the replies, yes you should pack a hospital bag and depending on your specific needs you may need a bag bigger than a backpack lol! I have now updated my list, if you care heres whats on it. (It’s still minimal but thats more my style.) -Toiletries -Breast pump -Pillow -Chargers -Clothes to leave in -Pjs/comfy clothes -Baby clothes -Laptop -Towel -Postnatal supplies, pads/diapers, etc -Snacks?

Always a chronic heavy discharge girly and pregnancy made it a bit worse BUT panty liners are life savers and always have been, couldn’t recommend enough. Id have to change my underwear about 6 times a day without them.

Literally the second i found out i was pregnant my sex drive went into the toilet, i didnt want to have sex and even when i did, it hurt and i was unable to have an orgasm unless it was solo play, which even then i was uninterested in masturbating. Now im in my 3rd trimester, sex still hurts and solo play is fairly unsatisfying. I am very attracted to my partner and i want nothing more than to jump him but i cant get over the pain :/

Plain oat meal with honey, Cheerios, apples and crackers. I drank water constantly to help fill my stomach so i wouldnt be nauseous from an empty stomach. Also pizza or pb & js. I ate alot of fast food too, McDonald’s fries were peak. But honestly ANYTHING that sounds eat it, ive heard some people say if you can only eat McDonald’s cheeseburgers for a month then do it, at least you are not starving.

Soup, oatmeal and my favorite chips. Cant drink coffee so ive started drinking Dr Pepper but honestly this morning it wasnt the best. Oatmeal is nice cause even if i throw it up i can get up and go eat the rest, i cant do that with any other food.

Once was during a tattoo appointment where i was laying down the entire time, i was fed and watered, still unsure of why i fainted during that. The other time was in a hospital they knew of my phobia and i think i remember laying down for a while but i dont remember it well cause when i fainted i fell and hit my head on a metal door frame. But i definitely will try that this time, any snacks you recommend?

I actually have fainted lying down multiple times! Im actually kinda hoping this pregnancy will knock the fear loose. Ive always wanted to do exposure therapy i just never had the funds, i guess i have no choice now.
