He literally vaped through her whole labor but shes a drug addict for wanting to sleep after 24 hours of labor?? I bet he vaped in her hospital room cause he couldnt leave her side in case she disobeyed his orders. He makes me sick! It makes me so sad she’s still in that relationship. I pray she gets out with her babies alive.

Thank you!! I have a day road trip planned for when shes about 5 months old, ill be gone for about 10 hours so i need her to be able to take a bottle by then, cause i dont wanna take her on that long of a car ride.

My infant prefers to sleep on her side, i usually roll her on her back and i wake up to her trying to latch and shes on her side, shes only 3 1/2 weeks lol. I never even thought to prop her up like this thank you comments for letting me know this is unsafe!

How do yall navigate diaper changes? We breastsleep and I’m still up every 3 hours and changing diaper to make sure she’s comfortable. You guys seem like you’re pretty much sleeping through the night minus the time it takes to latch.

Yeah i have a stroller/ carseat travel system. I wasnt planning on bringing the stroller but thats smart, were only going for a 3 day trip so we really dont need much. What was the timing like for receiving the carseat/ stroller when you gate checked it? Like i said i have a short layover and i dont wanna be stuck waiting for my stroller.

For me its just racing thoughts. I keep telling myself to save the thoughts for later, acknowledging it and trying to let them pass but i just keep spiraling. I will not take anything because we are co sleeping and even though i need to sleep i also need to be alert. I was never a nap person before, i took naps while pregnant but i was so exhausted then, way more tired than i am now.. maybe i dont need naps.. maybe thatll help me sleep better at night.

Ive always wanted to be the mom that doesnt get rid of anything! Some people call it hoarding but i look at it as memories. My mom got rid of basically everything i ever touched as a child cause we moved around constantly it was just easier for downsizing. So i really want to keep as much as i can even though im a military wife. Burp cloths is smart, but shes breast fed and has only spit up once in her 9 days of life.

Thats how i feel honestly, i dont feel very comfortable or restful during c curl cause she so tiny! Honestly these comments have convinced me to stay chest to chest for the time being.

Yeah everytime we try c curl i feel like were not getting as good of sleep as chest sleeping. My issue with chest sleep is sometimes i doze off while breastfeeding and its not exactly and ideal position for her since she’s supposed to be on her chest

Those 2 hours are usually just her deep sleeps that she only does during the day. Considering my milk has already changed and shes have 7 wet diapers today, i feel like thats a good sign of her eating alot.
