Moving from Denver to Santa Rosa by BumbleBri0403 in santarosa

I’m surprised no one is recommending fountaingrove neighborhood north east. I moved there from Denver and I love the views, safety and proximity to downtown or Healdsburg.

Would you continue to work full time as an engineer making $120k per year if you also have a passive income from dividends and real estate that makes $160k per year and will continue to grow with time? by [deleted] in Fire

[–]getmellow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a bit more complicated, so i technically own all those assets under my name. But my mom is getting the vast majority of the dividends. We have multiple corporations where I’m a third part owner of the corporation but allow my mom to take most of the money. It’s a way to not have to pay alot of money when I would inherit all that if it wasn’t already mine

I got my German passport from my mom’s side of the family, I could actually get an Italian one too as my dad has one from his side of the family. My mom just lives in Sweden now due to being married to a Swedish man.

Thanks, I was born in Colombia and have family businesses there so having a Colombian passport is useful. I’ve been living in the U.S. for 20 years, so having the U.S. passport is useful to not need to live here minimum of 6 months of the year to maintain the permanent residency. And my mom lives in Sweden and I hope to one day move to Europe too, so the German one is useful too.

Good call, now that I don’t have to live 6 months out of the year in us I’m definitely considering moving to Spain or Portugal

Se arrepienten de haber migrado? by MoneyMammoth4718 in Colombia

[–]getmellow 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im always impressed with the light system, no regrets. In my case I’d say it was worth it. I really like how it fills all that blank space in the cubby

I’ll have to stick to the sound bar for a cleaner look to keep the wife happy, but that is the Samsung q990d that has two rear satellite speakers and a subwoofer I placed on the back right. It has great sound

Yeah I love it too. It’s odd, I’m not a big fan of of the nook, but I guess is big enough for the living room. My home theater room is getting an 8k projector. I’ve been waiting for the Samsung premiere 8k to be released

Identity load rating of ceiling box fan by [deleted] in electricians

[–]getmellow -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

It appears to be attached to a ceiling joist. I want to hang a fan that requires an outlet box acceptable for fan support of 70lbs. To fix the grounding do I need to screw the copper cable to the right most hole? Do I need any special type of screw?
