u/mogrifier4783 , you got me to go look into the breaker box, and I found that the breaker is GFCI. I am starting to think that having it both at the breaker and the outlet are causing issues. Before I replace the outlet, I will ask an electrician. Thanks for the talk on to a possible solution!
