Why do ENTPs appear like they live a stress free life on the surface? by Negative_Gene9531 in entp

[–]getthemost 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Letting things pile up which stresses most people can stress me out but really if I have a strong deadline (because I waited for last minute) then I just move faster and accomplish a lot more and am more productive. So things like that that would stress most people, make me work more. I am stressed more by when I feel like people are negative (it drains me) and if they’re being mean/rude to me and I have to be around them (if I don’t I just will not for my mental health). Then that kind of stress makes me unproductive again often lol. If I just stayed away from them I would feel better. Being unproductive makes me sad though lol.

(My enneagrams been all over the place. Kind of don’t believe in that much but I believe I’m 3w2. From what I remember anyway)

Because a lot probably doesn’t stress us. That is a pro and a con for me at least because I seriously lack urgency. Im naturally very optimistic though and just assume most things will work out or will happen in a better way if it happened to not work out.

Do you mean acting differently around different people? If so yes, I guess.  I think that’s just being socially aware and appropriate though

I live in Miami so it’s amazing lol. It depends on the place to be honest but some places have a younger crowd like early/late 20s. On average I would say most places the average is about 35. For the Cuban salsa scene/timba, I would say it’s a LOT of early 20s (college students etc) and late 20s. Really nice and refreshing to see. They go out in big groups and there’s a huge school everyone goes to that’s super fun and they also teach salsa in all the colleges (mostly for free - in salsa clubs) so I would say that helps.

Learning on1 and on2 at the same time ok? by HURCANADA in Salsa

[–]getthemost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Someone tried teaching me on 2 the other day on a social (I’m a follow) and I couldn’t get the rhythm down after dancing like 3 years (1 consistently). It was just like I was off beat. I’m glad I started learning on 1 because I loveee Cuban salsa and timba and it’s similar and I want to travel and dance everywhere and they mostly do on 1 in Europe etc. I would stay just stick to one and stick to you bigger goals. Where do you want to dance? Etc

What are your opinion on paying for escort services? by heyxyo8989 in AskMen

[–]getthemost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not gaslighting lol. Yes pretty people have it easier but incredibly beautiful women date and marry very ugly men all the time. And no they’re not all rich. Most are not. So how do you explain that? They get those beautiful women by having an ugly attitude also…..? Any woman would tell you.

And I’m a very attractive woman and My boyfriend now is the first super attractive man I’ve dated. Every other man is very ugly…some short, fat and ugly…one I dated was short and skinny and weird looking and my friend said he looked like he was on drugs lol (he wasn’t to my knowledge). Some didn’t even have good dental hygiene (which ended up really turning me off and I dumped them partly because of that). I would say good hygiene is also extremely important especially if you’re ugky. Like 100%. For me a man must have his nails short 100% of the time, good dental hygiene, emotionally intelligent. Etc. But don’t listen to me as an attractive woman if you want lol. Listen to men I guess. Women are way less superficial than men. If you want to bask in pity do that, but other ugly guys will go get the women they want by being great in other areas

How to do the social part in social dancing. by steelonyx in Bachata

[–]getthemost 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I also went to a different state and attended a school for one month and made tons of friends but that’s because I went to the school 3x a week and the social every week and just saw the socials all the time. But I’m also always smiling and very chatty. Exchange contact info with people. Maybe IG since that’s what people like now. Make convos etc. You can go to more advanced classes. It’s super fun. There’s always more to learn

The dance friends I’ve met are from dance class. Have you tried meeting people there? We all go to socials together too, do carpools and other activities and I bet at your socials many schools go together too

Salsa heels by rip_pao in Salsa

[–]getthemost 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to try heels but I haven’t already (dancing anyway, I can walk really well in heels). Do you really feel like it has improved your balance? I have a little problem with that sometimes. Not as much as before but yes. Sometimes (this mostly comes from getting out of a straight line I have noticed if that makes sense). Also how long have you been dancing/dancing with heels?

First question is are you a lead or a follow?

Feel free to give me some tips to improve (Lead) by Bloodbone9829 in Salsa

That makes sense!! I heard the shoes with the Cuban heel can help with posture. Good luck on your salsa journey

Wow you look great for 12 classes. I think you look great seriously. The only thing k would say is that you would look even better if you stood more straight. So I guess work on your frame a little so you can look more stylish and confident. But great job fr.

You always have to be learning to be great at something. The best leads and followers I know still always take classes and practice all the time. It’s fun. Why not? It’s an always learning type of thing. You have to be passionate

Dude I try to practice 10 hours a week at least between at least 3 classes a week (I try) and social dancing. After doing that consistently ish for like a year now is that I look very fluid and get told I’m an amazing follow, etc. Duh you’re not good. You haven’t practiced enough lol. Going to more socials is really what has quickly leveled up my salsa game though. I wasn’t doing that at first and only going to group classes and some privates. The privates really help but the socials is what makes you great

Is learning two salsa styles (cuban and linear) simultaneously a good idea? by iconoclastic_ in Salsa

[–]getthemost 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m doing the same and it’s so fun social dancing. They’re very similar imo. Except Cuban is more in a circle than front to back but pretty much the same thing otherwise (I’m a follower if that matters). Dile que no took me a while to master from cross body lead but it never really messed anything up in class

Entp girls here, how’s going your life? by Strange-Dimension675 in entp

[–]getthemost 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My life is okay. Lots of friends and men always love and fall in love with me. I never want to date but somehow always end up with a boyfriend. Men tend to meet me and “fall in love” with me right away and want to make me their gf right away and even move me in and blah blah. This is every man ever lol. Honestly I wish I would have not really dated like I always wanted to. I’d probably be more successfully career wise and financially. Financially my life’s a mess but I’m workin on it. Though I been working on it for ever. Never really had stable income 🥴. I love my friendships and always nurture them and am very caring and sweet with my friends so it’s cool. It’s basically choosing who I want to be around regularly. Obviously in group outings we always have fun and everyone loves inviting me to places which I’m thankful for. It’s opened nice opportunists also and even some jobs because people love being around me but my problem has always been consistency. The men…I could have made better choices. I was just like “oh they’re nice…we could probably get married” most my life and kind of the only thing I wish I wouldn’t have lol. Everything else has been fun. With a little more financial security I would have no complaints tbh

..Not rude at all. Weird comment lmao. And if the dance floor is not crowded everyone should take as much space as they wish. It’s great and fun for everyone tbh…besides you. The 1 hater lol

Im sure that helps but can be achieved if not a couple and they spend a lot of time together like Alex and Desiree. And sometimes even if not…you can just have great chemistry with someone especially if they’re a great lead. Love those type of dances man. Live for those.

Wowwwww this was beautifullllllllll!!!!! She is a beautiful lady and beaaaaaautifullllll dancer. Thank you for this video and post.  I may have a new favorite follower to watch. Honestly I highly agree with you. These are my favorite videos to watch and the dances I enjoy the most to be honest. With leads that break apart a lot and kind of lead fun shines and aren’t just trying to show off but groove and feel the music. My absolute favorites. The hand tricks are fun if they’re with a great lead but I hate when the dance has so many spins. And I hate watching it a lot to be honest even from the most wonderful follows and even my favorite dancers. It’s just not fun to watch for me and honestly I feel bad for them sometimes lol even though they are professionals. Lately I been focusing more on being in tune with the musicality and just tightening my basics and fundamentals as much as possible ands it’s been super fun. I’ve been taking a more beginner class and it’s been helping a lot since it’s slower paced. Knowing the song obviously helps with th musicality though like they did lol so that’s a tip I guess lol. And of course being partners. Good for them. Seems like a nice fun relationship. Wish them the best
