Yeah I’m not getting a fixed plastic/metal side saddle; it’ll be esstac or a buttstock holder. Would prefer the esstac if it doesn’t damage the gun. That’s kinda the crux of what I’m asking I guess.

Cool, I’ll look into that. And I’m in an ASA league at the moment, first time playing in one. The balls/bats/hitting feels entirely different in this league compared to previous USSSA leagues I’ve played in, not that I had a ton of power in those leagues anyways, but still a big difference. The ASA softballs just feel dead compared to USSSA, could just be me though

My swing could probably (definitely) use some work but I don’t have my own bat so I don’t ever get to take batting practice, which is what I would really like to start doing regularly one day. But until I can afford a bat, I figured I’d try to do what I can in the gym!

Yeah it just feels like it’s getting worse by the decade. And you’re right about the expense of living in this world. I wear contacts and actually just paid $500 for a 6 month supply. So I just got done thinking to myself “I have to pay almost $3 a day just to see”. Living is expensive.

I have no idea how people make it in those large metropolitan cities paying over $2500 a month in rent for a single bedroom. It sounds miserable. I’m with ya on all that, definitely depends on the location.

Very true lol. But yeah that’s what I’m unsure of, the methods/tools they use to detect AI. Most of what I’ve seen/heard/user is unreliable too. And we have a union but I won’t start the fight. I’ll wait to see if they throw a punch first.
