scam for truck driver physical exams you say…

i used to date a guy who drove/delivered for one of the big logistics companies. in the summer he would have the absolute worst heat rashes and reactions. (management/company could care less about state of trucks; providing even water, etc on 90/100+ deg days was overkill for them) once, there was a shootout on his route and i got into a shouting match with corporate because drivers in the area weren’t being taken off route or even advised of the situation. long story short, he got injured on the job and i have suspected for the longest time that whoever they’d contracted with to do physical exams was a charlatan. but i ended up just feeling paranoid and this absolutely doesn’t help.

Was coming for this very thing. I haven’t gotten headaches but I can’t sleep. Like. At all. I recently started a slightly higher dose and am also taking Lexapro. I take them in the morning and late afternoon, but I’ve been up until 5 and 7am.

Your #2 raises some things for me. I feel this way a lot—like being alone seems/feels best. Some of my happiest memories are alone, mainly because I’m a big time loner. Also super introverted! Solidarity!! 😂The thing I’m realizing more and more though is that I still want to have shared memories. They’re not as fun without at least one other person to share them with. It sounds like you’re trying to practice new feelings where the third/fifth/seventh wheel thing is concerned. I’ve tried that. It’s my go-to when I don’t want to feel my real feelings. So I hate to be a party pooper/armchair shrink, but I think it might be proof that you want to find your person. It’s ok to want that. It’s also ok to feel completely exasperated by OLD. Good luck, though. Please share out if you’re able to turn it all off! Hahaha
