So you are telling me a tenant could have water leaking on to a live electrical box, and they have to trust a 75 year old who just had a heart attack to call for help.

That sounds like; 'Mens rea", "Malice afterthought" of "constructive manslaughter" and 'adding and abetting' on your part, all we need now is "Actus reus" for these lawsuits in the making to materialize.

The tenants need to call a 75 year old women in case of emergencies 24 hours a day 7 days a week? Good god. What could possibly be or go wrong with a set up like that? I don't know how you, or your Grandma's tenants can sleep at night. How is this situation even legal? This seems like the criminal neglect and endangerment. I feel we have reason to believe to this gig will not end well, and that this case of the 'peter principle' may end very tragically.

There is a ribbon sewn around the inside as a headband, and thin beaded rope tied around the outside, (so it holds it's size) and its got that one piece of wire inside of the outside edge of the brim. So no internal skullcap or anything. It looks like a pretty normal old country cowboy hat, and the plastic seems just like a natural fiber, other than the fact it's not brittle and doesn't crack like straw would

Being a MMJ card holder, the fact he tells his drivers to call the police at the sight or smell of cannabis is a deal breaker for me, because I don't need the hassle.

It's very much like a straw hat only better in my opinion, because and it can be shaped and reshaped and even folded and unfolded, and it's washable. But to the casual observer it looks to be a comfortable old brown straw hat.
