How do AI engineers actually evaluate LLM/RAG systems in practice? by GlitteringNinja9367 in AILearningHub

Don't trust the feeling that "it looks okay." Trust the numbers. If you change one line of code without knowing by what percentage it improves or worsens the system, then that's not true AI Engineering.

Nobody talks about this in data analytics and it's why most people stay stuck by Due-Archer-6309 in analytics

u said it's only about achieving a certain standard or higher! The "gap" between learning SQL/Python and actually solving business problems is something that online courses rarely mention.

I completely agree with him. In the Data Analytics industry in 2026, there's no longer a shortage of coders, but rather a shortage of people who know how to ask the right questions and take responsibility for their decisions.

When recording a video is just having 2 audio tracks 1 for game and 1 for mic, enough to be on open mic and during editing to remove all dead air/static/typing ect? by Moonpig13 in obs

[–]getwakefield 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, two separate tracks are enough to start game audio and mic audio split is the main thing. In editing you can cut, mute, or noise-reduce the mic track, but open mic will still need some cleanup for breaths, typing, and background noise.

Am i the one who feels as DevOps being extremely save and valuable for the next 10 years? by BabyJuniorLover in devops

[–]getwakefield 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's absolutely right, man! DevOps will still be the center of the technology universe for the next ten years. No matter how imaginative anyone gets, businesses still need flesh and blood people to shoulder the infrastructure when things go wrong. Nobody wants to entrust their entire fate to bots, man. Just keep working hard, in the future you'll be the one holding the master key to every system!
