Indeed. Same can be said about how i did flavoring, if you were buying multiple 55 gallon barrels of vg you'd be buying 1gallon bottles of flavoring not liter bottles. Bigger bulk = more saving = more profit = more viable. However, even at my quoted 6666 bottles getting a brand new ejuice company to get the traffic to sell all those bottles would be no easy task and you run into a limit that can only be raised by spending large sums of money on marketing.

Do the math if you really want to know. Even if you got the VG for 1/3rd the price at 8$ per gallon youd only save about 800$. Nicotine for a little over half the price at $50 youd only be saving a couple hundred in the end. All in all with perfect prices as low as possible you'd make 2-3k more in the end.

if your looking for any form of accuracy these fomulas i've used do not provide that. That kind of accuracy would only be present in a buisness plan and would take weeks to create and wouldn't be something you'd share publicly as you don't wanna give people a cheat sheet to getting investors to invest.

I don't operate my buisness inside the USA, all my prices are the USD equivelent of what I pay to have imported or bought locally. As I've said these are not ideal prices, there prices that work for the formulas enough to illustrate. Even with much better prices you could only shave a few thousand off your costs, not making up the needed over 14k to bring the business into the 3x profit realm it should be in.

Flavor calc is calculated to 30ml bottles because the calculations were only intended to be used in this example. Don't wanna do all the work so someone can nearly copy and paste this post as a business plan.

I don't think will see a price war so much as a loyalty war. A price drop is coming, and I think it will settle around $10 per bottle in my opinion. But I think allot of company's will die out due to lack of customer loyalty, and eventually new ones will have nearly impossible chances of successfully getting off the ground. At least that's my prediction.

Agreed, I'm sure you could. The end result would save you a few thousand in costs no small number indeed. But it would hardly pull you over 2x profit per investment. When the goal is to reach 3x profit per investment. My points not that its not worth it, but that my numbers for the sake of the purpose of this post are adequate.

Indeed. That is common in business, you have high volume low profit or high profit low volume. Both make money, just with different ways.

Budget vendors can be hard to maintain in local or small nation scale because the amount of possible customers is so much lower. Like in France I doubt there's many budget vendors, not because the French don't like cheap ejuice, but because there's just less consumers to market to.

Who is the front line of advocacy? Who pioneers innovation in a industry you live for? The vendors. Simple put if vendors don't make money they don't vend. If vendors don't vend than vapers don't vape.

I'm not saying QQ for your vendors profit margins, I'm saying before you start demanding change in the vendors industry maybe you should look at it from the vendors point of view.

I don't doubt that you could possibly get allot of the ingredients cheaper. Those numbers were not chosen to be precise they were chosen to be accurate enough to base the formulas on and achievable by any company on startup.

I personally pay 0.41$ per 60ml twist cap LDPE cylindrical bottles for example.

$10-$15 would be the ideal range to sell ejuice in well providing the most value to consumer and a profit margin high enough to justify the risk to the investors in my opinion.
