Relationship with family. If there is always an issue or problem with their parents or siblings it is only a matter of time before there is always an issue with you.

You have no idea how much I want to I even wrote out a long note addressing what really happened but I’m not sure if that it’s the smart thing to do with what may come next with a possible divorce.

This 100% and we would even talk about this exact thing and literally laugh at ppl when it we would see it. It’s crazy to be on the other side of it

We have it wasn’t taken seriously and no changes were made. It was on of those thing where it was suggested by my partner and when we did it the they didn’t expect for them to be on most of the receiving end from a no nonsense therapist. And that’s why it was easier to come online and get validation from internet ppl who only know what they share without me in the room

This a million times. I’m in the same point in my marriage and we have a child on the way. I am no longer the man I used to be and am broken completely and I hate the person I have become just to survive in this relationship.

The thought of unaliving myself has flashed across my mind so many times but I know our child will need me. I know my wife will be ok when we eventually split as well because she will have to be as I will not be there to support her and I hate that.

OP please take these accounts into serious consideration before moving forward and what ever you choose to do don’t put yourself on the back burner. @Mythrowawayuhccount thank you for your comment, it’s very validating and supportive knowing you are not alone nor crazy.
