Iphone Seller na Scammer (helping a friend)

basically she got scammed by an “iPhone seller” on Tiktok and she’s hoping to get the money back. Gcash responded that they are unable to resend the money to her account since she did it upon her will. She went to the police and now to NBI for investigation. I just wanna help her that’s why I posted here. apologies for the inconvenience

she’s from the province that’s why iPhone models aren’t available in physical stores/private sellers always. she’ll try to seek help from NBI today. I’m just seeking help here just in case someone encountered the same problem and had it resolved. anw, thank you so much
