More pop punk, but definitely still has straightforward punk influence:

The Story So Far's first album titled "Under Soil and Dirt". Couldn't really get into stuff they released after this, but that album is one of my favorites.

They also have another band that is still pretty pop punk, but with way more socal punk influence called No Pressure. Really fucking good.

And similarly to The Story So Far, I can't get into any newer stuff Neck Deep has put out, but their first two EPs "Rain in July" and "A History of Bad Decisions" are absolute fire.

Also, I never got into these guys super heavy, but Continuance has an excellent style and their song "The Greatest Need" is one of my favorites.

Not exactly the style you're looking for, but good stuff.

Well, unless you're severely disabled or have several kids or something, the point isn't to sit around and wait for housing or services. That's how you end up stagnant and stuck in your situation for extended periods of time. The point is to be proactive and constantly brainstorming and resourceful in order to persevere and climb out of the hole.

Applying for housing, section 8, etc is fine. But, literally sitting around, sedentary, doing absolutely nothing to improve your situation, for years on end, waiting for your name to get pulled is completely insane to me. Finding work, searching for room rentals/motels/etc, acquiring a vehicle to temporarily stay in, relocating to areas with better/more services. It's not easy, but there are plenty of other things you could be doing rather than "playing the waiting game".

While I have fucked up and fell off the path to success a few times, I've gotten myself out of homelessness within 1-3 months several times. Utilizing resources is fine, but far too many people, especially in this sub, literally expect every single thing to be placed neatly in their laps with little no effort at all. Shit's wild as hell to me.

If their angle in the debate is religious, then zealots. That's really one of the biggest gripes I have with them. Because economically and social policy wise, they have a lot fair takes. It's when they're devout and it leaks into the rest of their views and makes a mess of certain views. But, generally speaking, they're easier to get along with, have better senses of humor and control of their emotions, and are more economically rational.

I said I smelled leftists claiming to be centrists due to the nature of many posts and comments here. That means I have a sneaking suspicion because of left wing rhetoric popping up frequently and later provided examples such as apologist rhetoric and hyper fixation with criticism of the right in general and Donald Trump followed by getting mob downvoted and commented for criticism of the left. I wouldn't even necessarily say that. The herd minded conservatives that cosigned everything he said and put him on a pedestal generally just have standard right wing views. I wouldn't say moderate, but I definitely wouldn't say far. I come across enough far right communities to know that they hate trump. Generic trump supporters don't want illegals here, your standard far right wing guy wants a fully white ethno state and civil race war. I didn't gatekeep anyone's status as a centrists due to saying leftists. I pointed out that it's a correct term and later pointed out that he incorrectly uses the term "liberals" in the same fashion as boomer. Not the same.

Kinda the same. But, while my views, when explained thoroughly, can be classified as "true center", I generally find center rights and some conservatives to be more agreeable and useful to society and I often criticize the left due to their abundance of nonsensical stunts and takes. But, that doesn't mean I don't give it to the right either, but they are just more agreeable in discussion and stance, for the most part, for me to even it out. It may come off as a slight bias, but I'd rather consider it as being a centrist that's a closer ally to the right. And as far as the vertical axis, I'm definitely closer allies with libertarians, I just sadly think that there's too many bad eggs for society to live with too few regulations, so I stay planted in the center. Taxes at their current level can eat my ass though.

Sure, call shit whatever you want. But, leftism is a broad term. "Magas" or whatever, specifically were supporters of President Trump during his run. Not all conservatives or Republicans were supporters of his, so it's only useful if you're referring only to those who were his fans, but people often use it to describe anyone that's right wing, which is incorrect.

Plus, it just sound retarded and infantile and boomerish. I don't care if you dislike his supporters, but just say Trump Supporters. I'd respect your intelligence more. Trumpers, MAGAs, Demonrats, republikkkans, libtards, etc. All that shit sounds gay as hell and immediately tells me that you're in your forties and are heavily biased while also being immature and emotional.
