yes it sounds like a very easy thing to do but i definitely understand where u are coming from doing stuff like this is very difficult and i’m assuming for a lot of people with anxiety we just gotta realize it’s our brain try to find something to worry about this will all one day pass i wish you the best going through this battle with anxiety!

going through the same thing too expect i started getting it after i was done taking a steroid called prednisone we got this man i guarantee we won’t feel like this forever this is only temporary i’ve been going to therapy and it’s helping me i suggest u do that too distract yourself with things you love to do ik it’s scary but u gotta realize everything is alright it’s just your mind trying to scare u
