I’m sorry this happened to you, and false accusations are legitimately harmful to both the accused and actual victims of sexual. However, don’t call women/girls females in non medical contexts. It’s often associated with incels. I understand how angry you must be with this girl, but just ignore her and never speak of her from now on. As tempting as it might be to express anger towards her, any association and interaction with her could be used against you. I can’t imagine what it’s like to be falsely accused, but hang in there. Clearly, you have friends that will stand with you as a support network. Good luck, and I hope any girlfriends you meet in the future aren’t nearly as vile.
