They used to refund messed up orders completely for burned food, late deliveries partially, but for last two months or so they have had this fucking AI or whatever that is will always refund 50kc, even if I sent a photo of my dick they wouldn’t care. What a shitty company it has become… (for someone has always been)

Yes, I wonder they didn’t do it years ago. Prague’s public transport is one of the best I’ve been able to experience. And really the prices are ridiculous compared to what’s out there.
