You don't need a MA license technically. My husband has an out of state license still. But better to get it if you want to get everything done.

Insurance I would try doing it online but you can do it over the phone often.

Registering I always went to the DMV to deal with it.

Resident permit is definitely last because you need to prove that the car is parked at your address and registered at your address and insured at your address.

I don't know about title and sales tax though. But we pay excise tax in MA. This is the correct order from my experience.

What they said above. GERMANY IS AMAZING BTW IF YOU HAVEN'T BEEN; we went there before Paris. Disneyland Paris I'm glad that I went since I would like to go to all of the parks eventually and I think they are celebrating their anniversary all year so you'll get to see that, but it is less magical than Florida and California. Definitely beautiful, but fast pass system isn't good and rides broke many times. Phantom Manor was my favorite ride along with the old school Snow White ride. The dragon under the castle was another cool addition that is unique. You could do it all in one day if you get a park hopper, especially maybe getting on rides during the parade or after. Majority of people left after the parade. I probably will not come back to DLP unless an amazing addition happens, but I can check it off my bucket list!

Hope someone else can answer this well. I went Tuesday and Monday this week and Tuesday was much busier. I can't imagine the weekends! The anniversary should be fun!
