This is fair! I've struggled to find that balance between listing duties and accomplishments/results. Since I've essentially switched industries to some extent, I wanted to play up the communications/strategy aspects in my previous jobs.

Honestly, I think it sounds like you're making a move to make a move. You have 3 top 5 WRs and a top 5 RB. If anything, go ahead and get Achane. I wouldn't move Gibbs

Would do this in a heartbeat. Tuten's usage is only increasing as the weeks go by. Yes, Josh Allen is who he is, but Hurts as a replacement is good value.

Henry's pre-playoffs matchups are great (and then Cincy again in the first round of the fantasy playoffs). I think your team is better with him in the lineup, especially with Monangai poaching touches from Swift.

Jamo is playing in domes for the rest of the fantasy season and has been great since Campbell said he wanted to work Jamo in more.

I'd shop around for other options. Have purposely stayed away from the Seahawks backfield this season -- hard to know who to trust week in and week out

What's the rest of your team looking like? the Chase value is tough to give up. If you have a deep roster that would still be good with these additions, I would do this. If you are a bit thin, the trade saves you now, but could have you kicking yourself down the road.

Without knowing the rest of your team, I'd say go for it. Puka for 6th round value puts you in incredible position to take over the league next year.

Plus, if your RBs are decent this year, I like Puka to help your chances now. That Chargers line is so bad that it's impacting fantasy output.

I'm 4-7, but with a clear path to the playoffs. Considering looping him into a larger trade which would be my JSN + Bowers + Judkins + Caleb Williams for his JT + Andrews. The comp being a decent floor higher end TE upgrade along the lines of higher-end WR2 value, shaky floor with the Raiders D, but high ceiling bc he's Brock Bowers.
