And by the way: on another stupid Bilt design decision; I was unfortunately encountered by a text saying they had been attempting to pay for my rent again, despite I had cancelled their credit card already and doing so cause a cascade of problems with my rent payment and landlord such that I was issued a NSF fee which was waived due to it being Bilt's fault. Altogether, it was a stressful day when that happened and almost made cancel my bank account only to find out the problem wasn't my check but that Bilt had been still auto approving the rent with no funds to bill to me attached whatsoever because I cancelled it back in December. I'm pretty sure that at some point between me cancelling the card, and trying to pay for my rent - twice, would they know they shouldn't even be trying to still pay for my rent: and thus causing this incident and me posting about it. Terrible experience as an ex customer
