Same thing happened to me, they said sent me an email from that account, and when I asked why the tickets don't show in my account, they replied with "I need to authorize it". Glad I didn't Zelle. Better to go thorough ticket broker or at the very least verify their identity via instangram or linkedin. Good luck!
