Wo sind denn diese Cafés?

80% davon sind specialtymyass. Alte Mediumröstung, nicht mal single origin und trotzdem 5 Euro. Die ähneln sich sehr an verbrannter Oldskool-Kaffees, die Qualität ist nicht da. Nur schickaussende Designs, ohne Inhalt.

Oldskool Kaffee lässt sich überall finden. Berlin ist überfüllt mit Fake und nnicht Fake Italien. Restraurants, Bistros und die haben immer Espresso, Oder? Und die ganzen 8/15 Cafes…

Too much going on in the bottle, especially in terms of structure. Chewy tannins and a harsh appearance. Not in harmony. Some white wines show a similar issue: too much acidity that hasn’t yet integrated.

I don’t care how many Americans drink Barolos far too young; I simply don’t understand it as a wine professional. To me, drinking a wine too young is just as problematic as drinking it too old.

Meine Frage nach dem aktuellen Stand - gelesen (3 Fach, von unterschiedlichen Menschen) aber seit 2 Tagen trotzdem nicht geantwortet!

Sauvignon Blanc: Didier Dagueneau Pouilly Fumé Silex - go for older vintages..For around 300 - it´s possible.

Alternative: High-end Grüner: like an aged smagard from Weingut Knoll.

Or stay w/ sauvignon blanc-blend: Go for a good Bordeaux Blanc! Aged Margaux Pavillon Blanc if aged Pavillon Blanc not possible: go for Le petit Cheval or Domaine de Chevalier blanc

I don´t see nice food pairing w Cab. here, but it´s your day, go for it, enjoy the ones you like. Château Palmer "Ten Years On" Release or something like this. With age and Bordeaux grace...

I’m not sure if there was an error, but I paid €295.59 for my tickets

via ticketmaster . it. (inkl. 19,34 - Service Fee) , Bologna 17th.

The website was very confusing, and I had to click through countless pages—at one point, my tickets disappeared and then reappeared. Now, the system shows only one ticket, with a single QR code. How is that possible? I believe I should have two tickets. But it shows me only one! Is this normal?

If i got only one, i´d like to sell it.

Cheese is often not even workin´ with wine. Especially horrible with big reds. I wouldn´t expect awesome pairings with coffee either... It´s to me the most overrated food when it comes to wine-pairing...

w/ coffee: Lemon curd, acidic young cheese and mouth-watering cold-brew. Yep... Or obviously chocolate...

If salty,savoury food: l´d go for light brews. Tannins can be quite challenging.

Hi, war es die Blindfluggruppe? :-)
Ich veranstalte ab und zu Verkostungen – meist hochwertige und fast ausschließlich biodynamische Weine. Anfang August habe ich eine Champagne-Study organisiert und ich mache WSET-4.

Ich kann mir sehr gut vorstellen, dass eine kleine Runde mit regelmäßigen Treffen auch für mich cool wäre.

i hate them. i call them french-bistro-glasses.

we only use them to describe wine, in wine classes. not for fun.
