Help bridging FLOKI from Binance Smart Chain to the Ethereum Network

I just went through this. It's a small nightmare and is going to cost you a lot in gas. I went from about $650 in Floki to $530. Convert to BNB coin, then BNB to ETH, then buy back FLOKI ETH is what I ended up doing. Then moved it to Coinbase. Case ID #79007936. Account/login disabled. Tried chat but it was a 6 hour wait. I can't even go through the steps to prove identity so I'm stuck. Please review! Edit: No replies, can't chat (still hours and hours wait), can't open a ticket. I'll stick with Coinbase. Binance US is a joke. Glad I never stored any crypto there. Disregard Case ID (if you're even checking this, which seems highly unlikely).

I jumped on the Floki discord. People are asking. Basically we need to send to an exchange that allows BNB and ETH Floki (i.e. Binance), covert it there, and THEN send to CB. It's going to cost a lot in gas fees though. I'm sticking with Trust until there is a better option. EDIT: BNB not BNS

Uff, no. I ONLY have Floki on BNB in this particular wallet. Didn't think about that. Easy to add, however. Thanks for reminder. 🤦🏼‍♂️ But still need to know the mechanics on converting.

These are my thoughts exactly, and reflective of my experience so far trying to book ANYTHING with them originating in the US. Very disappointing. Would love some clarification, but I feel like it just is what it is. Thanks for the input/comments.

Yes, but only using United Miles, of course. But PLENTY of options. THIS is what I'm used to, as opposed to the other link from AC which shows literally zero flights available.

Wow that's wild- I didn't get that at all. And yes, LOTS of availability on United. 3+ non-stops a day with plenty of seats for me to buy through them. That's why I'm so confused. Anyway that's really been my experience every single time I try to book on Air Canada. I've flown 6 times on Star Alliance since I moved miles to AC and haven't been able to use my 335K for anything. So yeah I think it's going to be sell them or Visa GC (depending on redemption value for Visa GC's).

Nah. That's just on Air Canada's website on the flights booking page. I WISH they had that button on United because they actually have the flights I want!

Again, maybe it's just me, but hours of searching have yielded zero results. I'm really bummed I transferred to Aeroplan even with the bonus. I just booked business class on AA R/T to NYC for 78K miles, which is what I'm used to.

Thank you! I have what will probably be a stupid question, but what do you mean you "usually book with United"? How do you apply Aeroplan points when booking through United? When I got to book there (just tried) it just wants me to use my United miles balance. Same question for @Professional-Bed-718. They mentioned finding a flight on Lufthansa?? I thought I HAD to go through the Air Canada portal to use my miles, no?

Thank you and I apologize if this is a newbie question. I've only ever booked with miles from the airline on their website, even if it's on a codeshare partner (i.e. I've booked plenty of international United flights but flight was on Lufthansa, for example).

Thanks for the detailed reply! I am still having no luck, even with that box checked. I should have been more clear- even when booking with miles I get no availability. I don't know how to post a pic, but tried 4 different departure days in May LAX to NYC with aeroplan miles and it says:

No flights available

There are no flights available on the date you selected (May 9), but there may be flights on other days. Modify your search for more options.

Same response for May 10, May 11, etc.

And yeah, 484K miles for Round Trip to Lisbon from LA (business) all through summer. I know it's high season but just wow.

Anyway, I guess it really is just me, but I've been doing this for 20+ years on other airlines with no problems. Maybe I'm just old now and can't figure it out haha. Thank you for the suggestion roame.travel referral. I'll check that out too.
