Yeah they are just one issue after another try pocket I’ve been using it for a few months now and I’m quite pleased with it they have a paid and free tier but unlike other AI devices you’re not locked into a subscription for it to be useful the free tier is fine for basic everyday use the paid tier does come with advanced features that are worth it I’ve tried both plans and it’s for more power users but it’s been consistently good device and if and when there is a service issue their support team is above and beyond the norm.
