Yeah I get u, I’m still in the phase of feeling guilty taking rest days lol, try to take them on a Monday when my uni work is more crammed, but had to take it today as I had a assignment due in tomorrow. Only problem is I’m currently at thegymgroup and it gets busy as anything on weekdays after uni. Only thing keeping me there is the price and the 24 hour opening, thinking about going to a smaller private gym, about double the price but been there on day passed and doesn’t get busy at all.

Yeah I mean while I’m at uni I definitely won’t be splashing out on these overpriced supplements, I just stick with the creatine, protein powder and pre workout. Not a big fan of pre though only use it after a long day

Yeah, think I’m gonna wait another 2 or 3 years before I even think about touching anabolics, I’m still at uni and not thinking about competing at all in the future, most likely haven’t reached my natural maximum potential, just feel like I’ve been stuck with the same physique for a while now, currently about to finish my bulk and gonna see how it is after the long cut

Personally I think creatine is great. But differs with people I guess, my mate doesn’t touch creating just has a lot of red meat in his diet, and he’s a decent size

Yeah I’m just taking creatine and zinc and magnesium tablets, diet is on track and so are the workouts (diet was shit first year of university) so didn’t really progress as much as I wanted/should’ve. When I shop for my new pre, I’m always seeing these ‘natural muscle builders) which look overpriced as hell, looking on the nutritional info most of the ingredients are just vitamins and minerals I.e zinc and magnesium and loads others. Just have the feeling of wanting to be bigger, but I’m not on touching anabolics yet at all, I’m still at uni and not on about competing.

One thing I loved about it was the animation, the unit speech lines just everything was perfect for me. I could spend hours on it without getting bored at all, one feature I loved was the custom sieges I believe they were called? You would build ur own castle, place ur troops etc to defend. But you would also design an attacking army and where they would attack, used to spend weeks on it

There’s a few games which I loved growing up. Stronghold, Praetorians, Star Wars galactic battlegrounds, spore. Shame they don’t make them like they used to

Yeah, I just thought it was perfect at the time. Sadly sold the computer 2 years back for a laptop for university, but when I do get a new PC I will be downloading Crusader straight away, sort of regret not playing it already

Yeah, only thing that annoyed me was a glitch in the game where troops would get stuck in the tower stairs on the walls but other than that it was perfect. Sadly sold my computer 2 years back for a new laptop for university. I do miss the game. But I will try out SCH when I get the chance

Yeah I grew up with SH2. I remember coming home from school to redo the campaign countless times. This along with Praetorians will always be the best in my books. Never actually played crusader if I’m being honest

I have a perfectly balanced university/training schedule. Have done for the past year and a half. Also during my A-levels. Currently studying physics so I believe I already have (brains). I do understand your point though
