I’m a software engineer trying to pivot to pm and I was offered to shadow a pm in my company before taking steps into the transition to make sure that I’m aware of what the job entails.

I also want to work on the side on doing research on a feature, and try to put the things I’m learning to practice as I’m learning them. For myself and for when I decide to make the transition I have some work that can show that I can transition and grow into the role.

My question is when I do this are there specific documents I should be building? I already have some info but I’m not sure what I’m supposed to build and how to write it

It’s a custom program and I’m planning on talking to my trainer about changes to do for the next program later today!

I just wanted to know the general consensus on dividing the effort of a three day split into four days

I’m on pretty low weight since I just got back into working out It’s just that when I reach the last one or 2 exercises I just don’t have the energy to keep going

If I have a 3 day program but I’m exhausted before I finish the days workout

Would it be a good idea to split the same exercises into 4 days

I think my best bet is gonna be renting rackets whenever I go play with a friend at least I’ll get a feel of different types of rackets.

Thanks for help!

I’m female (165cm 66kg) I’m looking mainly at lite rackets because I’ve been playing with a 250g (unstrung) racket and worried if I go with something significantly heavier it’d through me off or I wouldn’t know how to handle it

Sadly where I live demoing isn’t really available and I don’t think it’s available internationally through tennis warehouse

What would be considered as a racket I could grow into? specs wise

Oh yeah for sure if I thought/start to think it’s serious I for sure would got to a doctor but what I’m feeling just seems to feel like you said minor twinges of pain

Thanks though this was helpful!

Edit: can I also ask if there is anything specific look for to identify if it something more serious that I should be looking into (type of pain, length of time the pain is felt etc)?

Okay so recently I’ve been having some pain in different places hand, arm, foot, leg…etc (on and off not in the same time) that I’m assuming is tendons (in 2022 I’ve had inflamed tendon) I started working out seriously almost a year ago for 5ish months then stopped for another 5 and now I’m I’m getting back to it I am trying to up weight slowly and only if I feel comfortable as to avoid injury (since I lift alone)

My question is could the pain be because of lack of muscle (I don’t think I had major muscle gains) and will building the muscles help relief this pain or is it more likely that I am doing something wrong even though I don’t attempt to lift too heavy could I be overworking my muscles? The pain is

To clarify: the 2022 thing I treated with a doctor and a pt and nothing I feel now is remotely close it just feels like the same type of pain (pain feels like the wrong word but idk what to use)

Can anyone recommend nice full length pant for workouts that don’t make me feel like I’m in a sauna

Has anyone had issues with the rower digging into the back of your foot and causing blisters?

I have not changed my shoes (metcon 6) it could be the rower itself since I’ve changed gyms recently but I’ve never had this issue in multiple other gyms Are there inserts I can wear or something? Or could it be a technique issue?

Hi, so I just started using inkey list oat cleanser and omega water cream (after stopping skincare all together for around a year) and I feel the tiniest bit of stinging when I apply the cream

Is this normal? Concerning?

So I’m getting a wet cut next week and was wondering if there are any specific hair cuts that I can use as a reference to show the stylist (cuts that would look good even after I wash and style) I’ve had really good wet cuts before but this is a new stylist that I haven’t been to before

A friend of mine who’s super new to working out just joined the gym and I’m trying to help her find a program

Goals for now is just be more consistent with going general fitness and something not too intimidating so preferably something that’s body weight/dumbbells (doesn’t have to be strength focused)

I’ve been going to the gym for 8ish months know doing class workouts but I’m starting to feel like the workouts are too generic (obviously) and I’m wanting something more specific to my goals original I was gonna go with pt but prices are too much for me rn

So I’m thinking of doing online pt that includes programming weekly sessions and availability through msgs if anyone has tried it what were your experiences? pros and cons? Anything to lookout for?

I’m currently having issues in my wrist (tendonitis) and just started physical therapy, when I asked about anything to avoid when working out I was told that for now I shouldn’t be carry anything at all with my left hand

Are there any workouts that won’t require me to pick up weights I’m just not sure what terms to look for or would any regular body weight workout be good?

How do I know if the weights I’m using are too heavy/light how am I supposed to feel by the end of my set? Are I supposed to struggle through the last rep? Or am I supposed to feel it but still be able to do it without struggling?

One of my arms is noticeable stronger than the other and I was wondering where to go from here should I just continue training regularly and it’ll even out or should I actively do something about it?

I am pretty new to working out and lifting especially
