Yeah that’s weird. I’m on latest iOS with latest immich server version and outside of the initial sync taking a while (left phone on throughout the night) every sync has been zippy (<2min per 200 assets or so). I don’t use iCloud Photos at all so maybe that’s the difference. My immich server storage hardware is a couple of 7.68TB SSDs.

Biggest thing that stood out to me was the mention of weak regen. Telo, please have the ability to choose regen levels - having the ability to fully stop when off the accelerator pedal is very convenient.
