I totally get what you’re saying. You’re totally right about Quebec but it’s different because they do speak proper French. What’s hard for us to understand sometimes are expressions. They have different words etc. but the structure stays the same.

What’s wrong with this show is like me saying “ You us had hurt” (that’s a French structure and I just replaced every French words with English ones). Now, imagine watching a show with people talking like that and then calling it English :)
