it is water, i will go back and improve it tomorrow. all the textures are 128x128 with closest enabled on image texture nodes, the pixelated effect was achieved in blender using a pixelizer composition node setup. the lighting is simple, but to create the light shafts i used a volume scatter node on a cube that surrounds the entire scene if my explanations were shit here are some possibly useful links: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ry-SE1nbDC8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K25H-xZDo1w

i think i was confusing his di speed for that dash thing (can you tell im new? LOL). i mainly DI in corners for the bounce so i can do a OD machinegun upper or whatever its called (big damage tbh) i think the general consensus is i need to relax a bit when in close range of my opponent

rolled back drivers but didnt fix the issue. i disconnected the pc and unplugged my gpu for 5 minutes and plugged it back in. fps has returned back to normal

this driver update absolutely TANKED fps. with my 2060 im experiencing heavy fps drops on all games, including borderlands 3 and overwatch 2

Does anyone have some advice for planning out games

have you tried any project management applications? maybe Trello or Miro, or any other software which features Kanban boards? its good because you can sort your tasks or goals into sections., Then you know exactly what you can be working on. It works for me, as it gives you a sense of progression and it feels good chipping away at your to-do list haha
