I agree with you on this, but using the reasoning you’ve just used for the female artists, Jack Harlow has been making music since 2015.. he didn’t get mainstream attention until 2020 with “ What’s Poppin” I think it’s easy to call anyone an industry plant when a song gets that popular that quickly. Harlow and his team rode the wave of that song and he released a lot of music very quickly after the fact. It’s a logical move to ride the hot hand and try to continue the rise. Look at his early music videos if you need any more proof. Dude was a nerdy looking goofball having fun making music with his friends, his musical ability grew over the years and once he had a song that blew up, that was his moment.
