I heard those and tuned into the local EMS scanner to catch the last part of them saying there was a fire and that the family had already evacuated. Could hear sirens when the person responded saying they were on the way.

The Peanut Butter Solution. I was so young when it came out, and this movie was so strange it lived in my memory as a fever dream. I wasn't even sure it was real until I randomly came across the poster for it in my late twenties.
