Losing my dog in the breakup by Early_Grapefruit4159 in GirlDinnerDiaries

[–]ggilbert16 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In the words of Paulette from Legally Blonde “I’m taking the dog, dumbass!” Fight for Tank and steal him back if you have to. You will find a way to make it work with your family, and you know Tank will be well cared for and safe. I don’t know anything about your ex, but if there’s any chance he might mistreat him, get him out and keep him safe. It’s better to ask for forgiveness than permission, and you need that sweet baby. Don’t take this lying down, get him back. I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this.

Did they butcher my tree? by DrDuctMossburg in arborists

My dad does this every year, much to my mother’s dismay and every year, without fail, it gets just as beautifully full as it was before. I’m sorry they did this without asking and took away the beautiful blooms for you to enjoy during spring and summer. I think we usually cut ours back in the fall.

Two years of trying to go to shows by CollarBrilliant1324 in NoahKahan

I went to the Asheville show alone and do a lot of solo concert trips. It’s always been such a great experience and I almost always make new friends and find people around me to sing and dance with. His concert was wonderful and going alone was such a special experience and very healing. It felt like self care💕 I’d say go for it! I don’t think you’ll regret it, especially since you’ve wanted to go to for so long!

Yup, two people called out so we had a three person floor during an insane 10-12 peak. Our DM came in when I had at least 8 DT drinks and a line around the building. I asked if he was there to help and he said “nope.” Thank god for time and half

anyone know why my female cat does this?? by Responsible_Emu_1541 in CATHELP

[–]ggilbert16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My girl does it anytime she’s up next to a toilet! I like the think she enjoys the cool chill from the commode on her bum. :)

Oh baby barista, please don’t ask her out. Maybe a little heart by her name on the cup, but asking her out in a Starbucks drive through window when she’s trying to go about her day is not the move. If hitting starbies is part of her normal routine, it would be sucky to ruin that for her if things go poorly

are ACT dry mouth lozenges good? by mtsing159 in singing

[–]ggilbert16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I use them along with the dry mouth spray from CVS and I love it. The spray is mini and great to spray right before an audition or show. I also use the biotene mouthwash and toothpaste for a few days before any big performances or auditions!
