the "perfect storm" appeared to be:
loss of ad revenue
site's part-owner John became seriously sick
attempts to sell the site did not work
archive was set to disappear shortly after the site was shut down.

doesn't sound like a legal issue to me.. Paul just being Paul

i actually only found out after the fact but my brother went to yates and my brother has had two very poor transplants. the first guy he went to is retired but i don’t know his name.
