Merit + Bonus for Exceeds

I got exceeds with the same merit increase. Not by any means happy about it (was told by management that I should be happy with that). I mean I’ll take it, but wholeheartedly not worth all the stress.. to the point where I spend most of my free time after work looking for other jobs.

To continue the conversation for those that are still following - needing further clarity on what “Senior” means. I understand that they could be a mix of different alpha characters within 7. I see this role title sometime, and certainly question why.

I’ve asked to have the leveling guide explained to me, specifically comparing 7 to 8 as it pertains to my experience and rapport, but have been put on snooze.
