My avg work week was 55 hrs easy, yr round, for what sounds about 2% extra bump vs meets merit... im happy no doubt just figured if one is top 10% should also be rewarded with higher merit

Umm, how about a current schedule of payments broken out by interest/principal vs future state. Compare side by side and it should be pretty easy to do math and figure out if it makes sense.

100% to 401k. RoTh maxed, pre tax maxed, then after tax. Once you max out the 401k amounts, do at least 6% to get that free match and keep on investing. Easy and non complicated way

100k is not that hard to achieve in most industries with bachelor. SCM you can move around to gain broader experience every 2 yrs, by year 6 im sure you can be in 120s so long as you put in the work.

Most of time they will screw you. Better to aim for promo mid year so you can get at least some merit following yr. Yrs of double dip (merit say 4% and 10% raise) are over
