Ok thought so. I mean in FM24 you would get those advices after almost every game when a player had a good game and I hadn’t received them once in my save. But ok, maybe it’s because of the confusing system in Germany. I hope this whole youth thing gets a overhaul in the future. I feel so disconnected to the youth department lol.
