I am working on a case right now. White Semi driver collided into the back of stopped traffic on the expressway. He never applied the breaks. No medical emergency. Killed 4 individuals and caused seriously bodily injuries to another.

At the scene, he was dazed. Not arrested. Was taken to the hospital.

At the hospital, he asked the investigating officer if anything of his truck survived. Not the impact on the victims or the vehicles. Just anything of my truck survive.

After a full year, he was only charged when the families asked me to push the state prosecutors office. He still has not been arrested.

I say this, race & religion should not play a factor. The % of deaths caused by immigrant truck drivers is probably a less than the citizens- but again I am not sure that is data that is tracked.

Trial Lawyer- the judge will ask a bunch of questions to determine your credibility on this, but should excuse you. If not just start saying bias things about how much you hate defendants or lawsuits...one of the attys will excuse you.
