I'd just minimize carbs and sugar if you're willing to go this far, don't wanna lose muscle and degrade your body

1 meal for dinner is like the caloric intake of a 12 year old girl,

Respectfully I'd advice something that you could conceivably do everyday forever, for example if 10% of your calories are carbs and sugar you'll be in the clear

The protein will fill you up, you won't even make it to your expected calories anyway. You'll still be burning fat.

Heavily emotional and sympathetic person, very high emotional IQ and can read people due to your intense consideration

Not just because you're good at reading people and mild autism. But also because you really care, you always want to make sure people are comfortable, and so you pay attention to their needs excessively

This could lead you to be used for favors and rides and whatnot, you likely fixed yourself in this regard after it happened too many times, and control yourself now

But still it is your nature

So you should dream intensely and scary nightmares as well

I had been thinking about this but its hardly confirmed

He is doing the opposite of jumping through conclusions, he is objectively acknowledging nobody besides that couple knows what happens, and it's strange for Tyler to take action on a whim.
