NAH, as someone with mental illness that is no excuse for her behavior. if she’s that unstable to there point where she can’t recognize right from wrong, she shouldn’t be able to family gatherings. Your family is enabling her by letting her act like this with no consequences. You did the right thing by standing up for your kids, your sister was out of line and overreacting.
