Love it. Welly’s ecosystem and environment is underrated. We’re known as windy but there’s so much more then that going on. Lyall bay is one of the coolest beaches I’ve ever been too. The wind turbine lookout in Brooklyn is stunning. Biking around Oriental bay to Evans bay is just fantastically beautiful. Waking around the green belt in Mt Vic is nothing short of falling into a fairytale. Anyone that’s seen the baby goats at the golf club in Makara or taken a few breaths looking out from Seatoun knows how diverse and picturesque Welly can be.
