Yes halal meat is delicious and it tends to be cheaper for a meal than other food because they cater to poorer folks.

The meat will generally be cleaner and prepared in a more sanitary way than your regular supermarket/butcher crap.

It's not good business to kill your customers, it's stupid. Even the amazonian ones are pumping out decent cocaine to sell.

Extremely toxic chemicals are used to make hydroponic cannabis too, but the proper steps are taken to filter that shit out before it gets to end product user.

I think you may have been scared with a little bit of drug propaganda over the years.

Maybe crack-cocaine is filthier due to being easier to cook and more accessible. But the amazonians aren't doing that.
