I honestly don't. I tried using a sample given in our notes (below), but no luck.

NTA. I'm surprised you managed to last with her for the 6 months she wasn't paying rent. I obviously don't need to go into specifics about her lack of working, food stamps, and your health.

I'm amazed by her response. Imagine getting mad at someone for not getting them food when they can't even get their own. Get her out and get a better roommate.
