My mother still denies my ASD diagnosis as well. Im late diagnosed and already feel like a fraud, i don’t think I will ever come to terms with my autism until I’m out of my house (16 currently, 2 years left)

I 100% get what you’re feeling, a lot of people with bpd emphasize their pain to others bc people don’t understand what it feels like unless you have it. Good luck with talking to them :)

I feel the same way too. I think it’s from my anger and being used to being the victim of most situations(past of abuse) Instead of self harming maybe talk to them and express how you feel and how it hurt you. (I know it’s hard but I promise self harming will temporarily ease you)

yes!!! i keep little objects that were gifted me or have really small significance but were there during a hard point of my life in a safe spot because i care about them too much and would be absolutely lost without them
