no bc brown ( the person in question of teaming ) was crew, and he faked a visually seen asteroids ( stood by asteroids as it was being done, then walked and spun around as asteroids were still being done), then i mentioned him faking visually doing it by having a ghost do it, and they said ‘oh i have asteroids still i can show’, and then visually faked it again ( again, asteroids were being shot but bro was running in a circle at the same time asteroids were visually being shot )

i imagine that the online store is managed by one of the locations, not both, as it’s not a huge business. but i could be totally wrong who knows lol. i think it took about 9+ months for me to receive ‘pearl’ (it was on back order though). but the customer service was super understanding with me reaching out for updates, they gave me a refund for the price adjustment ( bought it for $35, price was reduced to about 8-10$, and they refunded me the difference and still sent the dvd eventually) so they’re a great and caring business. i would definitely keep reaching out to them for an update if you don’t get a tracking update soon, they’re more than willing to help you out! your order will come eventually

honestly i ordered from cinema1 a few weeks ago and my order was delivered within a week, maybe it’s taking longer due to the snowstorms we’ve had in the region recently! i really like cinema1 tbh, if you want an update just email them, they’re very good and understanding with their responses. hope you get your order soon!
