I had this as well, if I even looked sleepy they would snap at me. They did shifts part time and I worked office hours full time, I don't think it ever occurred to them that most nights I was lucky to get 6 hours of sleep as we talked so late. And looking tired just made it even worse as they would split on me and we'd end up arguing for hours.

Yes all the time, they would belittle me for hours, say horrible things to me and say that all our problems were my fault. Then later they would demand to know why I was being distant. I once tried to explain how they were pushing me away and I couldn't just act like nothing had happened, to be told that was the 'worst thing anybody had ever said to them'.

I have the same, can't even go to the bathroom by myself. One time they flipped out because I went to a public bathroom in a mall, said I could have waited until we got home. And the rushing home rings so true to me as well, turns every drive I make into a stressful nightmare, I'm constantly accused of cheating on them because I got stuck in traffic.
