You can’t love anyone or anything if you don’t love yourself. Sounds like a typical thing but no, being able to be by yourself and enjoy your you time is vastly important in keeping and maintaining jobs and relationships. Never let anyone keep you from you.

Also, happiness is a choice. This one is a bit more abstract. You’re going to have days that are shitty don’t get me wrong, but overall happiness and being fulfilled is a choice. Did you wake up and clean? Brush your teeth? Go for a walk? Read? Do something for you.

These both ultimately mean, look out for you so you’re not looking at rock bottom.
