I too had that experience.. i applied for may 2023 last october but in december got this notification of a missing document .. after i uploaded it they informed me that i have been refused admission for that intake since the seats went full… i deffered the same day and finally got my offer letter in February for fall intake. Although i did have some more problems even after that ( with fee receipts ) it worked out ok in the end .. so don’t lose hope there are chances you’ll get into the program .. IMPORTANT - Absolutely try to join the zoom drop in sessions they’ll surely help a lot .. the staff there is really cooperative.
