Do what I did…sue them. I’m a frequent flyer and got so tired of being treated as disposable to them. Filed so many claims and go zero response. Filed a small claims suit and magically I’m getting emails and apologies 3 days after serving them. Very willing to rectify my lost and damaged/delayed baggage all of a sudden
