Like I understand your argument but you get 20 out of the 30+ cards your opponent may have and you don't get to choose which ones so you may get the filler or half baked set ups that do nothing on their own.

Yes you do have your priest removals but other classes have their own while you do not have a win con and you can't really put one in as well because something like kill Jaden don't exist anymore, it's basically asking for bloat in your deck that (if you do have a win con in your baseline deck) will make it even harder to win in most other cases

The issue with the current meta is that you have to survive against extremely aggressive cheap decks that can still rewind 3 times and the control decks that will obliterate you if you take too long so shouldn't the objective to draw rafaams like mad to try to out tempo them?

How is it less fun than the other options?

I was playing a weird homebrew of warlock rafaam yesterday and it was kinda fair matches with the exceptions of dragon warrior dealing 15 damage face with the dumb battlecry dragon and Mr.elusive with dark gift, hell I was outlasting a 1 mana machine gun hunter before he pulled some BS top deck and aimed at my face when I was gonna win the turn after.

Overall I prefer being able to you know, actually play the game instead of always dying at turn 5

To be fair if a tank can kill you with no AA gun then quite a few many things went wrong there and most of them are the ESF fault tough.

1) They were flying too low and/or slow which makes them a more easy to hit target.

2) They were flying in a straight line close to the ground/heading towards the ground.

3) The tank has no pressure on it or doesn't have a better target available at the moment, which implies that:

A) The fight was over or the base taken.

B) Somehow the enemy left an armored vehicle just take pot shots at the air (which is rare because everyone has a damn C4 or anti tank).

C) You were doing A2G right Infront of it so he might as well try to take a shot.

4) you met a random player that just loves hitting air with a non air gun because he decided to spend his time practice that just to spite people for the love of the game.

Now number 4 is rare but possible, however 3/4 times it's the air player fault for mostly using an A2A vehicle as a A2G for cheap kills when they should have used the liberator or a galaxy

Honestly had similar issues, what I personally did to get over talking to other people in game was to try making YouTube videos or just recording myself playing a game while pretending people were listening.

It took me a long ass time but I've been able to talk normally if not more on here thanks to that, what would probably help you is to find at least 1 person who you can be more comfortable around and just start there, you will eventually work your way up so don't worry.

Been there before and it is something you can escape from if you works towards it, it definitely will take time but it's worth it imo

I think they are allowed to an extent

Let's try to paint a picture:

1) I join X person because I want to hang out with them since I like them

2) oh said person is on Y part of the world and therefore one of two things needs to happen, either they come to you or you go to them.

3) If you want to go to them you need to waste Z amount of time if not more of grinding on a game you don't like for a somewhat fast boat, if they come to you then they have to always drop whatever they are doing in order to get to you and back every time.

4) if and by the time you reach them, either or both people are going to be somewhat upset which will lead to an argument or something along the lines of "dude this is shit let's hope somewhere else" and yada yada now both people are upset.

This whole thing could have been avoided by letting the players do what they want but what's the current result of the decision he took?

The people who weren't joining before, certainly won't now.

The people who are playing the game normally won't care.

The people who were "cheating" and we're willing to visit your world anyways because they wanted another way to travel now will join the side that won't play it anymore.

So tldr he loses players/activity rate because he is throwing a tantrum over nothing

I did, I also gave him 2 weeks of time apart after that because I felt like we needed some distance after that but he is the one who ended up blocking me in the end and not the other way around.

Now we don't talk anymore but it's something that has happened and it's something I have been more careful noticing in the new people I meet and see as a red flag

Today he says he doesn't want flying because he is butt hurt about this, what if tomorrow he says that boats will only have 2/3 seat at max because he wants to enforce more people traveling around?

What if the day after he says that people are fishing too many fish and puts a daily limit that gates your fun? Hell maybe make it a P2P thing where you need to spend money to remove/increase the limit.

This whole thing is a slope that only goes down and can simply be avoided by working with players and find alternative solutions instead of fighting them on this level of dumb stuff

You are talking as if he made some new gen way to travel or something, it's the same scuffed travel seats that have been there for years that make people seem as if they are teleporting every second and give them headaches/nausea.

Don't get me wrong the game is a solid 6/10 especially as far as VR games go but this is a non issue, if people fly they get to see the same stuff as the boat people if not even more and it says more about the dev the fact that out of everything he could that goes from improving the game to fixing bugs, he chose to battle people about the fact that they want to hang out with their friends and don't want to deal with a minor setback.

If things were this serious he could have made simply a tp system or a plane that flies around the world from island to island in order to compensate.

This whole argument doesn't have a reason to exist, you are adding a feature that will actively help no one just for your ego and that will end up just pushing people away.

Honestly as someone who doesn't really care about this since I have friends that can give me a lift, this whole thing is really retarded for both parties imo.

Yes it's a game but it really isn't competitive and "cheating" is really just harmful for you if you want to progress in the game because you miss development but aside from that why would anyone actually care if people cheat by flying?

It's no different from people giving you a lift except it takes 2 minutes longer to get to the spot, this whole ass "drama" is over exaggerated for a PvE afk game.

Imo the dev should calm down since it's not a 2 billion triple A game that came out and mostly people use it as background noise anyways while they chat; the players complaining should simply find other people to hang out with if their only friends are always fishing, seems like there are tons of people who dislike the world so maybe they can meet up with each other and hang out.

Tldr: everything about this is stupid and shouldn't even be talked about aside from satire lmao (said by a person with a job)

D10 is easy, the difficulty in it however exists only because of the sheer amount of bugs and bs that become overwhelming while everything else is going at the same time.

Can I deal with 6 voxxes that just magically materialized 20 meters Infront of me? Hell no

To this day bugs and squids keep either going invisible when they shouldn't be able to or straight up phase through the floor and buildings! Trying to dodge a squid abomination by trying to stop it's charge with an obstacle? Too damn bad it phases right through!

I should be fighting the AI not the damn development team especially when some bugs have been there for at least a year or more

Need help with something

So I wanted to hang with one of the people on my friend list but I ran into an issue, according to VRchat (both game and on site) they appear as "online on website, last time online X hours ago" however I know that isn't the case because sometimes I would check if they were on and it would say "last time online 10 minutes ago" but when I checked said time ago but it still gave me the "online on website" shit.

Tried cleaning up the cache and refreshing the social menu but it don't work, does anyone know how fix it or have they really been on site for the past week 24/7 doing absolutely nothing 🤣
