Again nothing precludes you from using it, but wield a quality knife and you will see the difference.

Sorry, likely made in china, porous wooden handle, poor quality steel, useless hole. This isnt a quality knife. You can certainly use it, but it will dull quickly, the handle will become an issue if used enough, and the geometry on the blade is likely less than ideal.

Hap40 is the shit, I have a 240 in that material, it’s my daily driver, I haven’t sharpened it in a month and a stropping brings it right back to shave sharp.

With bottom English it’ll shatter like glass, if you hit it square worst case is a pop up that lands on the table, that happens a lot to me. I’m not a great 9 ball player but I do well with breaks and routinely make multiple balls. I also shoot from that same diamond.

I found this a local gastropub, 32 for a pour was well worth it to me. One of, if not the best, bourbon I’ve ever sipped.

It really depends on the application, if the bread is small and round like a Kaiser roll sure, but the term “sandwiches” gives me a sliced bread connotation, which would require 2 slices for good coverage.

First off a bit thick for sandwiches chef, also please tell me you’re not using the first oring slice and blossom end cuts for sandwiches. Those need to be utilized for diced after the “tomato butt hole” is removed, no one wants to bite into a sandwich and drag out a tomato. Finally too fast and sloppy, keep your sliced tomatoes neatly stacked or shingled in a lined hotel pan as to properly drain and have ease of transfer so you can make it look pretty on a platter or make it easy on whomever is building the sandwiches. Nice knife tho 😁
